Hydroseed - If you are looking for a lush lawn and don't mind waiting a few weeks for gorgeous growth, then we definitely recommend hydroseed. Not only is it less expensive than sodding, you will end up with a healthier lawn. We use only the best seeds available and offer different blends for sunny or shady areas.

What distinguishes us from other companies is the way we completely prepare your site beforehand. We will bring in a preparator to give your lawn a finesse grade while removing any rocks or debris for a smooth finish. We then install at least 1" of fresh topsoil to promote vigorous growth. In addition, we will include three fertilizer applications as your lawn grows to ensure good root establishment. Plus, your hydroseed is guaranteed, so you'll be sure to achieve a thick, healthy lawn.

 
Sod - If you are looking for an instant lawn, then this option is for you. As with hydroseed, we take extra care in preparing your site for sod with our finesse grading and our topsoil application. You'll notice the difference in our sod and you'll definitely notice the difference in the final, beautiful results.
